Welcome to Los Chismosos Toastmasters club website!

 

Our club meets every Thursday from 12pm (noon) till 1pm in the Physical Science Laboratory on NMSU campus (directions) in Las Cruces, NM. Parking is free.

 

You are welcome to attend our meetings as a guest  anytime and as many times as you like. You can sit back, relax, and see what Toastmasters is all about and how it will help you.

Aside from the personal and business benefits Toastmasters offers, it is very inexpensive to join. There is a one-time $20 new member fee, and then it is just $30 every six months. Each new member receives a New Member Kit which includes the Competent Communication and Competent Leadership manuals, general orientation materials, and helpful booklets on evaluation, using gestures and vocal variety. Each of the projects in the manuals focuses on developing a specific speaking or leadership skill.

Once you join, you will be assigned a mentor that will get you started on the road to successful public speaking, personal, and business success.
